Mitril.store je B2B platforma koja nudi:
- Usluge štampe: Personalizovana rešenja štampe koristeći UV i ekološki prihvatljive tehnologije.
- Prodaju proizvoda: Katalog promotivnih i personalizovanih proizvoda (npr. majice, šolje, sveske, rančevi).
Svi proizvodi i usluge prilagođeni su potrebama poslovnih klijenata i nisu namenjeni direktnoj prodaji potrošačima.
4. Cene i plaćanje
- Sve cene na sajtu su izražene bez PDV-a. Konačna cena, uključujući PDV, biće prikazana u korpi pre završetka narudžbine.
- Plaćanje se može izvršiti putem bankovnog transfera, poslovnih kreditnih kartica ili prema dogovoru sa klijentom.
- Obrada narudžbina počinje nakon uplate ili prema uslovima dogovorenim u ugovoru sa klijentom.
5. Obrada narudžbina i dostava
- Standardni rok za isporuku je 3-5 radnih dana za Srbiju.
- Za određene proizvode ili veće narudžbine, rok isporuke može biti produžen na 7 ili više radnih dana, o čemu će klijent biti obavešten prilikom naručivanja.
- Besplatna dostava dostupna je za porudžbine preko 12.000 RSD (bez PDV-a).
- Hitne narudžbine podležu dodatnim troškovima:
- CRITICAL (2-4h): 2.5x standardne cene.
- URGENT (24h): 1.75x standardne cene.
- PRIORITY (48h): 1.25x standardne cene.
6. Povraćaj i reklamacije
- Reklamacije na neispravne proizvode ili usluge moraju se podneti u roku od 14 dana od prijema.
- Povraćaj sredstava ili zamena biće omogućeni samo za nekorišćene proizvode vraćene u originalnom pakovanju. Personalizovani ili štampani proizvodi nisu predmet povraćaja osim u slučaju greške u proizvodnji.
7. Odgovornosti klijenata
- Klijenti su odgovorni za tačnost podataka o narudžbini, uključujući dizajn fajlove i specifikacije za štampu.
- Mitril doo ne snosi odgovornost za greške nastale usled netačnih ili nepotpunih informacija koje je dostavio klijent.

4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices on the website are listed excluding VAT. The final price, including VAT, will be displayed in the cart before completing the order.

5. Order Processing and Delivery
